Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Toyshin purchase.


30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Used or washed clothing or accessories.

  • Opened or used teethers, feeding items, or hygiene-related products.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Final sale or clearance items.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@toyshin.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.

  3. Securely package the item(s) and ship them using a trackable service.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product (e.g., size or color), please contact us with your order number and exchange request. We’ll guide you through the steps and ensure a smooth swap.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@toyshin.com with photos and order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
